STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

In this world where entrepreneurship is an emerging trend, global businesses have soared, leaving behind the MNCs. Young entrepreneurs have begun coming up with new and unique ideas that have proved to be fair. Business Analytics is thus such an essential background in the business world, as it is true that a business runs on multiple dependent factors, a few of them being Data Aggregation, Data Mining, Text Mining, Forecasting, Predicting Analysis, and Optimization. Following my interests, I also decided to take up a career relating to the managerial and business sectors.

During my school days, Mathematics was my favorite, and this interest was carried over to my college days when I felt a close affinity towards Math. I also had a strong attraction to computers and technology, and this interest led me to opt for a Math, Statistics, and Computer Science beat in my under-graduation. During my undergrad, I also stood first in a Mathematics competition that my college organized, and to date, this achievement remains my pride. Post my under-graduation, I decided to go for an MBA from [UNIVERSITY NAME], [CITY]; as I knew, pursuing an MBA would provide me the right management and business level exposure, and my love for mathematics will hence be continued through this master's program. My MBA journey was proof that my interest in the business field is not wrong and that choosing this program has faired well for me.

I stepped into the professional working world soon after completing my MBA, where I first joined [COMPANY NAME] at the position of a DSE and was later promoted to look after the distribution handling, appointing new distributors, and driving the business and expanding it. After working with [COMPANY NAME] for a subsequent period, I joined [COMPANY NAME] in 2016 as an Assistant Manager. Previous work experience helped me as I had more or less the same responsibilities, but I feel I worked better with [COMPANY NAME], crediting my prior knowledge in the domain. I also received the best TSM award while I was working at [COMPANY NAME].

My one-year tenure with [COMPANY NAME] gave broadened my vision in the marketing, sales, and business background. However, I joined [COMPANY NAME] in 2017 as an Assistant Manager. Again, post my year-long tenure with [COMPANY NAME], I joined [COMPANY NAME] in 2018, which is my present workplace, and I must say the three prior work experiences have helped me grow thoroughly. With [COMPANY NAME], I play multiple roles like a Seller Acquisition Manager and a Trainer and Service Manager. In the past three years, I have been promoted twice, and presently, I am at the position of a South Service Manager for taking sheer care of the inventory and other operations.

Such a widened work experience has cleared my vision that a Business Analytics degree will associate me with new opportunities and provide me a better chance to work with MNCs at a position in the Software profession. I have always dreamt of experiencing life abroad, but I could never attain such international exposure as I belong to a middle-class family. Now, as the financial condition is well-settled, I believe this is the right opportunity to go abroad and fulfill my dream of living a life there and studying simultaneously.

The United Kingdom is a very well-known business hub and is globally accredited. Thus, studying here will benefit me and provide me with the true business vision one needs to possess when in the field of Business Analytics. The financial management studies in the UK are globally acclaimed. Pursuing a degree from the UK will enable me to work in any renowned organization or an MNC in my native country in a reputable position, where I ambitiously aspire to see myself at.

My main motive is to study and excel in the Business Intelligence and Marketing Metrics subjects as studying these will help me develop expertise in Data Analytics tools. I will also learn all about the management strategies for analyzing organizational data. As I was looking after my preferred subjects, I came across [UNIVERSITY NAME] which has an extensive blend of all of my favored courses, which I plan on learning. The research opportunities available here under the University's faculty excited me as directly helping them in their research programs will affirm my learning and understanding of the Business Analytics background. An academic resumption after seven years is a massive thing for me, but my motivation, will, and excitement to study hard and reach at an international level in my career is the driving force behind this master's program.
