Taking up projects such as Water Cleaning Machine and Smart Helmet, I not only strengthened my technical prowess, as I worked on Arduino Kits and building cleaning machines, but also engaged in collaborative settings. The method of leading a project towards its successful completion had me imbibe the skills of management, planning and research while also thinking of promoting social welfare, albeit in a minute manner.
As I moved further, I took up internship and training programs with leading organizations such as [COMPANY_1], [COMPANY_2], and [COMPANY_3]. These programs helped me firm my foundation in the nitty-gritty of mechanical engineering fields such as automobiles, vehicle designing, and process development along with others. While the knowledge was technical in nature, the skills such as effective communication, resource management, problem-solving and teamwork, helped me realize my capabilities as a good Leader. Immediately after my bachelor's and upon realizing this capability, I stepped foot into the industry as a Digital Marketer at [COMPANY_4]. The idea was to enter the business domain and working with a start-up for a period of six months provided just the right opportunity. Within a span of three months, my hard work and dedication paid off as I received a promotion to being a Digital Marketing Manager and had the chance to manage three employees. I trained them from the basics and instilled in them a sense of confidence to enhance performance which in turn would lead to the company reaping larger profits.
However, certain reasons led me to move to [CITY_1] and here, I took up a 9-month long internship with [COMPANY_5]. [COMPANY_5] is a schedule A company under the Ministry of Defence, Government of India and I worked on SAP Material Management Module including procurement and vendor development. Working in [COMPANY_5] offered me exposure to witness first-hand the functioning and multilayered processes of leading companies and how they work hand in hand with other complexes and company's stack in producing mining and defence equipment for the nation. This stint only pushed me ahead to gain business-based knowledge.
Academic pursuits enlightened me cognitively whereas extracurricular helped me build upon a well-rounded personality. At the [UNIVERSITY_3] and [UNIVERSITY_4], I bagged 1st Place in Photography. This is a hobby that enables my creative juices to flow. Further, I also participated in a Fashion Parade at [UNIVERSITY_5] where I secured 2nd place.
