# Motivation to Pursue Master's Program
During day-to-day business activities, every employee faces an issue with varying personality of his counterpart. Thus, responsibilities lie with Top/Middle Management for maintaining a sustainable balance between each entity, also focusing on individuals' strength for extracting productivity. I truly believe that a successful leader is he/she who can effectively and efficiently utilize the company's resources to bring maximum productivity.
During my professional journey, my colleague (Reporting Regional Manager - East: [NAME], M/s: [COMPANY]) briefed me regarding the insight on working in collaboration with various traits, which not only resulted in productivity, but also created a family environment. The need for a Full Time Management qualification is to prepare myself with in-depth understanding and knowledge for resuming bigger responsibilities. Therefore, I have selected the MBA program at your prestigious University.

# Educational Journey
I completed AISSE (10th) from [SCHOOL] in 2006 and AISSCE (12th) from [SCHOOL] in 2008. Being fascinated about Automobiles and Engineered Products, I opted for Mechanical Engineering for graduation (2008–2012). This further led to developing interest in Thermodynamics and Engineering Drawing.
During my undergraduate studies, I led a team of three, demonstrating the effectiveness of consuming Compressed Air for Industrial Goods Transportation (up to 100 kgs), which would reduce the physical strain of employees with very minimal consumption of air. The Project was recognized by the HOD of Mechanical Engineering department.
As a good team player, I was awarded with the responsibility of Vice Captain of the college Football team from 2nd year till final.
Being also interested in Thermodynamics, I enrolled and completed a Post Graduate Diploma course offered by [COMPANY] in Steam Engineering. I implemented a Tire simulator for one of the leading tire industries located in [ADDRESS], India. The simulator would calculate the approximate steam consumption (based on type and size of tire), which supported the Maintenance and Operation team to bridge the gaps for increasing productivity.
The major challenge was to work in collaboration with Maintenance and Operation teams for extracting the process details, as the scope was for 1000 Tire Presses. Understanding the operational gaps between the teams and focusing on the agenda of improving productivity was the key takeaway during the Project. The Project was recognized by the Plant Head and also by Directors of [COMPANY].

# Professional Experience
After successful implementation of the Project in PGD Steam Engineering, I was hired as Trainee Engineer by [COMPANY] under the Learning & Development Team, with assignment of Project Management for Glass Rig. This included coordination with Design, Purchase, Fabrication, Maintenance, Installation & Commissioning Team. Having acquired soft skills, I was able to execute this as a professional Project Manager while meeting the deadlines. Product application was the hurdle faced during implementation, which was conquered with my quick learning abilities.
After noticing my commitment and ability, I was promoted to the role of Sales Engineer in 2014 with responsibilities of Business Development for [REGION]. Customer mapping, Concept Selling, Value Selling with attractive ROIs, and Relationship Mapping were some key focus areas. During the tenure, I increased the company's share from 100 lacs INR to 300 lacs INR by targeting new customers and increased the share-gain of existing customers by introducing new products. With a population of 1.3 billion, India has people from all sorts of backgrounds, languages, and ethnicities, which was initially difficult for communication. But my strong communication skills faded the gap, hence creating high market penetration and coverage.
As a career-driven person, I further got an opportunity to work with [COMPANY] with promotion to Senior Engineer – Solution Sales for Business Development (and Services) of Eastern India in 2017. My focus, technical strength, and communication approach led to business growth to 400 lacs INR from 60 lacs INR.
For a brand to keep its impact in the market, it has to invest in R&D and keep introducing new technologies and promoting by staying connected with End Clients. Thus, while exploring the options of staying seamlessly connected with Clients, Digital Marketing was the one perfect tool. By enrolling in a Masters Certification Course offered by [COMPANY], [ADDRESS], India, I acquired the knowledge and skills for staying connected and promoting solutions via digital platforms.

# Career Objectives
I want to climb up the ladder and be in the top management with a strong knowledge-base backing me up. I see myself in the corporate culture of top companies working in the top management in the near future, having a strong voice of my own and making an impact.
I want to continue my association with the Steam Business and contribute to Net Zero Emissions by Digitalizing (implementing one Eco System for a global company) in the next few years, and I believe this course will mold me in the right way to reach my goals. The MBA program will make me well-versed with various business functions like finance, marketing, human resources, supply chain, and information technology and teach me their role and importance in running business operations and also establish a method of building one eco system.
