# Education Background

I have done my secondary and senior secondary from [SCHOOL] affiliated to the Board of Uttar Pradesh in 2008 and 2010 respectively. After that, I completed my graduate studies in the field of Computer Science Engineering from [UNIVERSITY], Public University in 2012 with an overall of 63%. [UNIVERSITY] is one of the largest Technological Universities in the Asian nation with twenty years of tradition of excellence in Engineering & Technical Education.

I prepared and appeared for the IELTS test on 12th October 2021 and secured an overall band score of 6.5, individual scores are Listening - 6.5, Reading - 6.0, Writing - 6.0, and Speaking - 7.0.

# Work Experience

Over the past years, I have extensively led teams and learned the art of adoption, execution, direction, and implementation. My ability to handle the team, manage the technology and most importantly handle the various challenges has won me recognition in the organization. This gave me tons of opportunities to grow in my career.

I joined [COMPANY] in 2012 soon after graduating where I worked as an Analyst for 18 months where I aligned into Market Research, Pricing Policy Development, Gap Analysis, Requirement Analysis, Analysis of Competitor, and Market Trend, Budget preparation, etc.

Soon after that, I started working with [COMPANY] as my second company as a Consultant. At [COMPANY], my professional career was limited to Customer Experience and Escalations and I found my desire to build additional skills being thwarted by the boundaries of my role. Even though I was doing quite well at [COMPANY] and had received appreciation for my work on more than one occasion, I felt the need to stretch myself and push the envelope.

Adding on having moved to my third company which is also into E-commerce Industry, [COMPANY] into the Seller Support Team has grown my skills into a complete E-commerce Ecosystem. With all collateral skills gained from my past three companies, I soon took another step into Cross Border E-commerce where I tried to build the whole E-commerce Operations system for the Hong Kong-based company called [COMPANY] (Group Company of [COMPANY] - India's Largest Courier Company), where I'm heading the whole E-commerce Operations as Deputy Head of the company.

With a firm belief that data will play a significant role in the global economy and the fact that the field of business management has incalculable scope for innovation, I have decided to pursue a Masters in Business Management keeping in mind my interest as well as propensity in the field.

# Study Motive

I believe that it will empower me with the requisite technical and managerial skills needed for a thriving future in the industry. I always felt there is a scope of learning and I keep pushing harder day by day in my mind to pursue a full-time Master's program. I bring my skills as an all-rounder developed over the years through both academics and professional wise and it will surely help me adapt to the overall challenges of an international environment.

I want to pursue higher studies in the field of Business Administration to achieve my goal. Today, many multinational companies as well as various start-ups are transforming their businesses and building up and implementing a global business environment by various business measures. Therefore gaining good knowledge and understanding of business administration can lead to a promising career back in India. Hence, I have decided to study for a Master in Business Administration.

By studying this course, one can get the high-quality, hands-on education that you deserve. I hope to accumulate management data within the program and learn from respectable professors with outstanding research facilities. There are superfluities of opportunities out there within the world; however, there should be an equal match of skills, knowledge, and skill, for an individual to place them to the best use. I will also have a chance to learn a lot of other skills from my classmates that may come from various backgrounds.

I strongly believe that getting the right program within your university can equip me with great international business skills using which I can accomplish my goals. Hence I'm being optimistic about the program and looking ahead to obtain a decent scholarship as well. The reason for me to choose Canada over other countries is its cultural diversity, their innovative teaching modules, the affordable fee structure of CAD 20,000-25,000 per annum, easy admission criteria with world-class recognition of the qualifications, scholarship opportunities, practical and career-orientated training, student-friendly campuses with global recognition, and rich culture.

By extension, a degree from a Canadian university is considered of great value to employers around the world, especially in India because universities in Canada are highly ranked and the majority of the universities rank within the Top 500 in the QS World University Rankings. Campus facilities, modern classrooms, updated equipment, and world standardized methods are the deciding factors for me to pursue my master's in Canada. Moreover, reputed Indian universities do not offer the specialized course that I wish to pursue in Canada.

The crime rate is very low making Canada a safe place for international students to study. Moreover, the excellence in education, the multi-cultural background of students, and the value of money have made it one of the popular destinations for study. Post-graduates from Canada have enhanced employability skills and the job outcomes of such are high. Canada stands at the top for the overall student experience.

I am also aware of the supportive policies put in place by the Canadian Government that are favorable to International students. Welcoming policies and friendly people assure me that my time in Canada will be safe, secure, and extremely fruitful. Starting from health care to security, Canada takes all the necessary measures to promote the safety of its students and even the people around them. I wish to interact and know the multicultural environment and learn as many perspectives as possible.

# Why Not in India

India is the 2nd most populous country in the world and a large part of the population comes under 25 years of age and most of them are students. In comparison, the number of good institutes like IIM, IIT's which provide well-recognized quality education is very less in numbers. So the competition is so high that every year millions of students try to get admission in these prestigious institutes while only few thousand get success. All this hassle to get admission required a lot of time and energy.

I have decided to study at a foreign university during my graduation year only, which will fulfill my desire of getting a well-recognized quality education from a best university. My study in Canada will give me the lifetime opportunity to study in an English-speaking country with people from different countries and cultures.
