"Captain of the school football team" – I aspired to earn this prestigious title since childhood. In 2008, I put forth my name for the trials and got selected as the youngest goalkeeper and eventually captained the team for 2 consecutive years. A life changing experience, that helped me realise I not only love the sport, but enjoyed leading and had the capabilities to excel at it.

Although we started without funds and workforce, we successfully formulated a team structure and launched projects to create a sustainable operating model from the very first year. I envisioned to create a more conscientious generation of youth. Hence, I channelized their energy to facilitate social change by providing quality education for underprivileged kids free of charge. My passion for change resonated among the youth of the country and resulted in 400+ university students and young working professionals globally joining the organisation to create a lasting impact on 1000+ underprivileged families in India.
