# Why I Have Chosen the UK

# Why Not India

Although the quality of education is quite high in India, there are still aspects where there is mostly theoretical education and less practicality. My sole aim is to gain international skills because after my research, I concluded that the whole expense of my study in India and in the UK is quite similar. Investing money in foreign studies is more beneficial for me because with an international degree, I will stand at the top of the queue among job-seeking employees, and with my international skills, I can earn a good salary package.

Furthermore, Indian education supports reservation according to caste categories, regardless of the number of merit holder applicants. Also, there is a considerable impact of politics and money in getting admissions. Adding to this, there is no opportunity to get international exposure if I pursue my studies in my home country.

It paves the way towards a well-settled life.
