Statement of Purpose

My close cousin used to run a huge firm, and maintaining good employees was always a challenge for him. As a youngster, I was always astonished to watch him struggle and hear him complain about competent people leaving him after he had trained them for a long time. Participating in numerous talks with him made me aware of human resource issues and provided me with insight into some of the complexities of how to address them. I need to specialize in this profession not only to gain a deeper understanding of the subject matter but also to acquire different practical methods and the competence needed to manage human resources in any firm. What role should an HR manager play in employee recruitment, training, and orientation, and how can he instill the necessary team spirit and sense of loyalty in them so that they stay with a firm for a long time? I require in-depth knowledge in both academic and practical areas, and the framework of this course appears to be tailor-made for me.

While growing up in this sort of milieu, I decided to major in commerce in secondary school. There was no specific study of human resources till the secondary level, but I learned a lot about it during my under graduation in the course of bachelor in commerce. I was able to learn about all of the relevant ideas, causes, procedures, incentives, and challenges that I had observed at my cousin's firm. My college studies taught me how to deal with human resources in various sizes of businesses; what challenges both sides encounter; how the organization should treat them and how they should treat management; and what tactics truly work in keeping the employees loyal to the firm. But there are many unresolved concerns, and I need to master practical skills not just in one firm or one country, but in diverse size companies and with multicultural individuals, which is why I opted to pursue a Masters of Business Administration in Marketing & HR at [UNIVERSITY_NAME]. During my MBA, I gained a better understanding of different business-related topics. My managerial abilities increased significantly as a result of taking this course.

My first job was as a concierge at [HOTEL_NAME]. Increasing visitor satisfaction through responding to requests and meeting demands through issue resolution were just a few of the various work duties that I had. Moving on, I was hired as the front office supervisor at [HOTEL_NAME] in Texas. I documented guest comments and complaints in order to determine the main cause of problems and referred customers to supervisors; I sorted, confirmed, and handled room reservations, requests, modifications, and cancellations, among other things. In addition, I worked as the administrative manager at [INSTITUTION_NAME] in Andhra Pradesh. I acted as the go-between for administrative staff, third parties, and top management, conveying requirements and concerns. I developed quarterly and yearly budgets, attended senior management meetings, reviewed administrative staff performance, and trained new personnel. These experiences provided a solid foundation for management, decision-making, and leadership abilities. But deep down, I felt there was much more potential inside of me that I could only explore with a master's degree in human resource management.

This made me realize that I needed to study a lot in the field, and after doing some research on the internet, I determined that the best plan of action would be to enroll in a specialist course in the subject area. This led me to your college because the course offered me all of my prerequisites. When I saw the University website, I was blown away by how well it organized all of the important information. And it was really specific course information that I was seeking for. I have various solid reasons to apply to [UNIVERSITY_NAME], which is centrally placed in London and technologically sophisticated.
