I have completed Bachelor's in Physiotherapy in the year of 2017 and after completing my Bachelor's in 2017, I joined Master of Physiotherapy in [UNIVERSITY_3]. I took a year off to gain some clinical experience, worked under a certified McKenzie Certified Therapist (Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy) who pushed me to start my journey to become a McKenzie Certified MDT as well. I completed PART A comprising of Lumbar spine but unfortunately couldn't complete the other parts due to personal and professional restraints. I had to manage the entire clinic and its operations for the last 4 months of my employment as the head physiotherapist had to go on her maternity leave.

# Work Experience

I worked with a kind and knowledgeable senior after bachelors (the MDT therapist) who pushed me for starting my journey to become a MDT myself, trained me with quick techniques based on McKenzie Approach to treat patients in a better way. I learnt a lot from her and was able to manage the clinic and its operation in her absence. Managing clinic appointments, taking sessions, planning follow ups and making programs for different patients.

During masters, I worked part time at a clinic in [CITY_1] which specialized in Sports injuries, repetitive strain injuries, ergonomics—assisted and gave online seminars to various corporate companies based in [CITY_1]. I looked after post covid infected patients—cardio respiratory rehabilitation, work on endurance and back to work training, effective cough techniques, breathing exercises, respiratory muscles training.

Graduating amidst covid pandemic without sacrificing on my clinical exposure, I outsourced the experience required, always tried to follow evidence based practices, read research articles on recent advances. Currently working in a similar setup in [STATE_1], India—evidence based practice followed, sports exposure, and doing a FIFA diploma side by side as well. I have one year gap in my bachelor's time and I am constantly improving clinical skills along with gaining theoretical knowledge.

I have done Internship in Hospitals & Clinics like [HOSPITAL_1], [HOSPITAL_2], [HOSPITAL_3], [HOSPITAL_4] and [HOSPITAL_5] after my bachelor's. Later I worked as a Clinical Physiotherapist in [CLINIC_1] from June 2017 to June 2018.

- Successfully Rehabilitated over 250+ patients - Performed diagnostic and prognostic test to examine muscles and Joint functionality - Applied treatment protocols like therapeutic exercise programs and electrotherapy - Learned Skills of McKenzie Based Rehab under a certified therapist - Handled a range of Geriatric and Post Surgical Cases

My family consists of parents and an elder sister. Dad got a stroke in 2012 when I was about to appear for 12th boards. This incident inspired me to achieve anything as long as I set my heart to it, always overcome any hurdles life throws at you with grace and patience.
