By undertaking Human Resource Management as my major, I would play a crucial role in the growth and development of people and organizations. Academically, I have always been a diligent student showcasing consistent progress while actively participating in various committees and extracurricular activities. I was among the founding members of a social outreach program - [PROGRAM_NAME], where we volunteered to teach English and other essential skills to children in rural Indonesia. I managed talent attraction, recruitment, engagement, training, performance tracking, and exit procedures for the members of the OGV department.
