"In this world, one thing you should definitely strive for is originality. Just be who you are, and be your own person. That's what will make you stand out." - [NAME]

I, [NAME], gladly take this opportunity to introduce myself as a Graduate in B.A, LL.B., (Hons.) from [UNIVERSITY NAME], [CITY], India. My father is an honest and sincere Judicial officer and my sister, who is elder to me, is a legal practitioner whereas my mother is a wonderful home maker, ordering our middle-class family with discipline, punctuality, morals and ethics. I can proudly claim myself to be disciple of [NAME].

I strongly believe that the education imparted by my benevolent school teachers with a sense of social responsibility and awareness on rights and duties of a citizen had great influence on me, in chalking out my passion for law. Of course, hailing from legal fraternity has undoubtedly helped me to pursue my passion as my profession.

To brief my student journey in a nutshell, it has always a balance in between academia and co-curricular activities. I have graduated from National Law University with a decent CGPA which is 4.99 CGPA out of 7, my brought up in such a way where percentage is not the only deciding factor or a yard stick, hence I am nurtured with a spirit to learn from my mistakes and give my best in whatever I do so that I can ameliorate from time to time. On that note let me mention a few of my accomplishments, I have secured First place in '[UNIVERSITY NAME] Environmental Moot Court Competition, 2017' and actively participated in all other academic competitions. During my graduation programme I was University Badminton player, I used to represent University in different forms of art in Inter University competitions also. My team stood as runner up in Group dance in [UNIVERSITY NAME] Cultural Fest, 2019. I have secured 2nd place in 'Intra College Crime Scene Investigation' Competition, 2017. I was Core organiser for 'International Conference on Super Dominion in Outer Space and Global Sustainable development' conducted by [UNIVERSITY NAME] in collaboration with [ORGANIZATION NAME], 2019. I could able to bag a few other laurels during my under-graduation program which replicates my exuberant yet determined student life.

Apart from my classroom learning, I was mindful of my practical exposure and so interned with different wings of legal field like law firms, offices of attorney, Legal services authority and finally with the office of Additional Solicitor General of India, Supreme Court of India. This practical exposure helped me in understanding pros and cons in procedural and substantive laws in addressing outraging problems in the society.

I observed that, in this busy world, younger generation is lacking with questioning and fighting spirit for what they are entitled legally. India, being a developing country, awareness of rights in digital world and rightful use of digital platform is progressive. During my UG program I have attended a few sessions on cyberlaws, cyber-crimes and statutes conducted by [ORGANIZATION NAME], Cyber Security cell of state of [STATE] etc., it seems my intrigue towards Information Technology crimes and its laws started from then. But during my clerkship with Hon'ble High court of [STATE], I realised that dealing with Information Technology issues is more different, difficult and its almost unlike regular court proceedings. I feel that my country, which is developing in a faster pace should not lack in any aspect and so I got more inclined to study this subject. That is the reason why I have pursued PG diploma course in cyber laws from [UNIVERSITY NAME] while doing my job simultaneously. But my quest for knowledge in Information Technology laws does not end there and so in an attempt to take it to next level, I have found an apt elective at [UNIVERSITY NAME] i.e., 'EU Data Protection Law' and 'Cyber Space: Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution', zeroing in my hunt for appropriate university in UK for LLM. The impetus that leads me to look for study at UK is, EU's policy and jurisprudence on cybercrimes and law, which is adopted by India in framing "The Personal Data Protection Bill", 2019. It is pending for its approval before Parliament of India.

I excel in my perseverance, analytical capacity, advocacy ability, persuasion, leadership, presentation and negotiating skills when it comes to gaining greater efforts in law. From my academic journey so far, I am confident enough to say that I can understand such Technical Subject backed by Law and in my PG Diploma course I stood in the top ten of the batch with 71% / 'A++' grade. After attaining such confidence with a basic understanding, I want to delve deeper into that subject and found that the curriculum of LL.M in 'Technology, Media and Telecommunication Law' at [UNIVERSITY NAME] quenches the thirst for my passion and persuades my interest. I am very well aware that post-graduation study is a difficult task, but I am ready to give my best shot with my inherent qualities like concentration, focus and determination. A degree from your esteemed University will be an added advantage to my success in the field of Cyber Laws.

Known for its diversified culture, quality teaching, excellent education background, and rich heritage, [UNIVERSITY NAME] is the perfect place for me to embark on my learning journey.
