After graduating with thorough knowledge and skills, I will be in demand with employers as a key player. I realised my desire to be in a leadership position during my school days where I used to organise the whole class, divide them into groups and allocate the tasks for efficient execution.

I am a Business Management graduate from [UNIVERSITY] and concluded this BBA with an overall CGPA of 8.36. My business attentiveness started taking the desired course shape to be pursued during my school days. [HIGH_SCHOOL] played a substantial role in outlining my mindset because STEM programs were one of the institution's prime focuses. I diligently studied my chosen subjects and actively involved myself in discussions held in classes and workshops, which helped me perform well academically. I had one of the most experiential learning experiences during my internship and job at [COMPANY]. It was during my final year of BBA that I realised general business management knowledge is not what I exactly want to accomplish. Therefore, I have reassessed my learning needs that connect my future ambition and bridge my qualifications. Driven by the urgency to acquire the required skill-set and knowledge, I have made this academic strategic decision to pursue a Master of Supply Chain Management and Logistics at [UNIVERSITY].

The Masters programme at [UNIVERSITY] is designed in such a way that it provides me with the management skills required to progress towards management positions. It offers a well-balanced blend of theory and practice that can prepare me for a better career in the related industry. The subject of Supply Chain Management and Logistics can therefore provide fresh challenges and exciting opportunities for me as a Management Consultant, Contract Manager, Project Manager and other positions.

This course meets the needs of not only individuals but corporations adapting to change in a fast moving business environment. This course emphasises the need for integration of leadership in projects and in performance improvement. Study of the course will enable me to learn the application of management strategies in order to coordinate effectively and realise the potential of complex and dynamic projects.

The course covers areas including the fundamentals of Logistics, Critical Issues in Supply Chain Management, Social Responsibility and Sustainable Lean Management, Quantitative Analysis in Operations, and Purchasing and Procurement Management. Studying these areas will help me acquire the specialist knowledge and expertise needed to plan, organise, execute and manage resources to successfully complete projects to all my future companies' or clients' expectations and satisfaction.

The course will also enable me to recognise the significance of process, people and technology to the success of projects, to more effectively lead teams to organise and plan projects, analyse corporate practice and implement effective strategies.

There is a 4-month co-op included as part of the course so that by taking advantage of the practical component, I can learn more about the local industry and gain real-time experience of the work environment and live issues while being part of a firm. It will be an excellent way for me to put my learning into practice. The Work-Based Project that comes with self-management, team working, problem solving, application of IT, communication, application of numeracy, business and customer awareness attributes could be a vital edge to open my career immediately after my graduation.
