I grew up in Bihar, a small town, where I have been usually surrounded by people who always reminded me of my failures, which motivated me to pave my path to build a successful career. From an early age, I was fascinated by science and maths to the extent that I always stood first and scored the highest marks in these subjects. My passion for study grew so strong that by the time I was in the ninth standard, I left my hometown and came to metropolis city New Delhi to continue my further studies. This was only possible because I qualified for the [EXAM_NAME] exam conducted by [INSTITUTE_NAME], a recognized institute for IIT preparation. I was apt to come in the top 10% and received a full scholarship till my High School Studies. Being a part of such an esteemed educational institute, my interest in science and maths grew stronger, and I chose Engineering as my career option.

After qualifying many entrance examinations for undergraduate admission like IIT Mains, WB JEE, IPU CET, I finally took admission in one of the unique courses, Power Engineering, offered by [UNIVERSITY_NAME], New Delhi. It is one of India's top colleges under the Power Ministry. During my graduation, I learned about the working of power plants and how exactly electricity is produced and transmitted. I felt well informed by learning all these concepts and knowing the various facts. As a passionate learner, I enrolled in vocational training almost every semester to clear my doubts and master practical knowledge. The topics that grabbed my interest were electrical switchgear, transformers, and generators. A project on reducing electricity bills finally made me switch to the electrical aspect in the Power Engineering course. I was the university topper and [AWARD_NAME] because of my performance during graduation.

Apart from my academics, I was also part of the [ORGANIZATION_NAME] group of my college and completed several entrepreneurial projects with my teammates. I was also part of the [PROGRAM_NAME] program, which gave me a platform to interact with school students and share my knowledge through scientific experiments with those children. At this point in my life, I felt a need to learn more. I was also part of various other groups and societies in the college, like the cultural society, which helped me build my communication skills and personality.

After graduation, I had one year of work experience as an Electrical Engineer. Although I gained practical working experience at the site, my desire to learn more by sitting in a classroom was still not satisfied. [PROFESSOR_NAME], a well-known professor for Applied Machines at [UNIVERSITY_NAME], New Delhi, has always remained my inspiration during my graduation. He always said that only engineers could find the answers to all the "whys" in science and technology. I had the urge and several unanswered questions in my mind related to the technical field. So, I started applying for graduate admission and got admitted to one of the top Indian universities [UNIVERSITY_NAME], New Delhi, in Master's of Technology in Electrical Power System and Management.

As part of this course, I learned and explored many new aspects of electrical engineering and learned the recent developments and work in the power sectors. I came across subjects like Intelligent Techniques, Optimization Techniques, Renewable Energy, Smart Grid, and many others. Among these, I was fascinated by the Renewable Energy course and wanted to explore more in the field. I, therefore, started my project work on the topic "Energy management of microgrids using PSO." After writing a chapter on PSO and working on my project, I realized that I still need to learn about the recent trends and developments in Renewable Energy and energy management to generate new ideas and innovations for the energy sectors; thus, I decided to start my sail for a new set of ventures planned.

A master's degree in Energy Management will open the doors to more opportunities in the coming future. Therefore, I decided to pursue higher education at [UNIVERSITY_NAME] in Canada after careful consideration and planning. It will answer the questions that I have in my research area, which can further help me with my Ph.D. and develop solutions for my power-related problems. It will give me the platform to polish my technical and communication skills at an international level.

I have always worked on self-betterment and never stopped myself from learning new things from technology to exposing myself to new opportunities. I have done everything with perfection. Despite all the hardships I had to face, I see myself as the best version in the coming years with everything I have always longed and wished for served on my platter. I see enriching my knowledge from the well-trained professor and taking the maximum advantage of your esteemed university's well-defined and designed curriculum.
