Being a civil engineer, with an adequate experience in the field of construction, I find the field of Construction Management very interesting as it would give me the ability to obtain knowledge and expertise, industrial engineering skills, alongside knowledge of management strategies, techniques and concerns. With this program, I intend to learn the best tools of planning, tenacity and precision that are relevant to meet the industry demands, coupled with a passion for innovation. Since my early years, I have been excelling at academics, always achieving good grades throughout my school years. My interest in buildings and construction made me choose civil engineering for my bachelors which I completed with fairly good grades. During the course, I encountered complex problems but learnt to combat them with my superior mathematical skills and scientific acumen, derivations, formulas, and software packages. As a result, the ability to analyse an issue from all possible directions and solve them using advanced techniques was imbibed in me which further helped me in executing successful projects.

As part of my final assessment, I developed a mini project that aimed at partial replacement of coarse aggregate and fine aggregate by ammonia focussing on incorporating a few features of standard design models. I also carried out my major project based on the study of Surface Water treatment and its distribution network which equipped me with hands-on knowledge of urban drinking water development.
