It is the 21st century and humans have come a long way from the primordial time of existence to a state of potentially co-existing with computer technologies that will drastically transform our lives and redefine the ways of living. Practical knowledge is the basis of many new inventions. Ever since I was growing up, I enjoyed tinkering with computers and exploring diverse applications. My very own lifetime has essentially coincided with the increase of the modern computing industry. It is a fact that productivity and efficiency have increased using technology. I was brought up in a school where computer courses are given top-notch priority and the educational system motivated me to drive my senses towards my passion, resulting in acquiring the fundamental knowledge on computers. I firmly believe these experiences have a potent role to play in inculcating a deep-rooted love for the subject.

It was apparent that I would choose Computer Science and Engineering as my university major because it was an area where I was able to focus completely without getting distracted. Premeditative about the prodigious inventories in the future, my fascination with computers has inclined me to set it up as a goal. I want to dedicate my long-term career to an innovative, advanced, and revolutionary field. As I finished my undergraduate studies, my interest is on the edge of reaching a pinnacle and I want to continue pursuing the knowledge through my Masters program. Now, my central goal is to continue my education in a more competitive, elite, and international environment and to become a colleague researching the exciting area in Computer Science.

The motivation that keeps me driving forward in the vastness of Computer Science is my strong inquisitiveness towards the research in Computer Science and Engineering: Cyber Security, Network Systems, Software Engineering, Data Structures and Algorithms. Moreover, I want to bring a change and influence humanity in the most positive manner. Becoming such a change is a tremendous task and requires courage, self-belief, determination, dedication, motivation and hard work. I firmly believe that I possess all of these qualities. To bring such colossal change, I need a breeding ground on which I can strengthen my engineering skills and learn new concepts and tools so that I can be adequate to face the provocations of the new century.

I completed my under graduation from [UNIVERSITY_NAME] and pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering. As an undergraduate student, I found that I deeply enjoyed learning about the concepts of Cyber Security, Data Structures and Algorithms, Operating Systems, Database Management Systems, Unix Programming, Computer Networks, Linear Algebra, Discrete Mathematics, and Probability & Random Processes. As a part of my course work, I developed numerous web applications and presented them. I implemented all these web applications using advanced technologies like Flask, Django, Python, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript and Adobe XD.

As an undergraduate, a natural tendency for Science and Mathematics, analytical ability, and capacity for scrupulous work helped me to transcend in all academic areas. I found out how much I endeared computers. I was included in numerous clubs and organizations. My deep interest in research and development made me join an open-source club called [CLUB_NAME], which introduced me to blooming fields like Open-Source, Cyber Security, Internet of Things, Web Development and Computer Networks and guided my juniors through conducting seminars. In the following years, I participated in numerous hackathons, workshops and open-source programs. All these additional prospects of effort and work have laid a solid foundation in gaining new experiences and allowed me to broaden my perspectives. Now, in addition to my specialized knowledge of computer science, I have a commendation for the breadth of this field.

Besides my academic contribution, I have also been active outside the classrooms. Participating in the extra-curricular events fine-tuned me as a person wholly. I was elected as the Undergraduate Student Research Team leader for the project "Problem Assessment and Interventions for enhancing the Landslide disaster resilience communication model and educating the communities in [LOCATION], India", where I took care of the entire design and implemented the modules. Our team worked under rigid constraints and was recognized as a very well-coordinated team. In my final year, I got an opportunity to work in a fortune company as an intern. I worked in a 24×7 NetOps and DevSecOps team and proficiently solved the pain points of customers with an NPS score of 100. I excelled at troubleshooting, debugging and diagnosing customer issues encountered in the application. I gained strong working knowledge on multiple blooming technologies like Kubernetes, Docker, Linux, MongoDB, F5 and Certificates and CRM tools like Jira and Salesforce. I possessed hands-on understanding of Networking Security and Certificate Management Platforms. With my deep enthusiasm and passion, I found 28 functional bugs in the application and reported them, which made me the first intern in finding a good number of bugs in such a short period. I also got a promotion to a higher position just in the time of internship period because of my work excellence.

There is only one logical destination for my further studies: the USA, a country that stands at the centre of the computing universe. The US is the epicentre of the computation industry and its various innovations. The US has been the predominant country of innovation in computing, and therefore the top-notch companies in this field are situated in the US. Studying overseas in the US will thus give me not only a greater range of professional skills but also much exposure, and a more international perspective.

I have chosen the Masters program in Computer Science and your University to fulfill my dream in research and the course outline is balanced where one finds the best amalgam of theory and practice. Moreover, the Masters in Computer Science offered by my desired university itself is very appealing to me. It is a great program and great place that offers a unique learning environment and multidisciplinary education that will enable me to develop innovative and intelligent solutions to meet today's most constraining global challenges. Besides, the experiential learning offered by the Masters program will help me to achieve my future goal to contribute to my country.

Regarding my goals for the longer term, I decided to take what I learn in the USA and apply it to the computing industry in my native country. The computing industry in my country is rapidly growing and shows great potential, yet compared to those of more advanced countries, it's still in its relative infancy. By pursuing a Masters program from your prestigious University and possibly working for a brief period within the USA, I am sure that your institution will undoubtedly provide me with the right knowledge, skills, and exposure to experience a wide range of lucrative career opportunities and to steer the computing industry to a new era.

Moreover, I have nurtured a strong passion to be in academia, and pursue my Masters in Computer Science. I would also want to include that it is my earnest desire to be a part of this wonderful experience. During this program, I want to challenge myself in the competitive milieu of Computer Science. I want to be in touch with the masterminds who nourish aspiring talent and transform them into specialists. Alongside, I want to complete my PhD in the same stream that will burnish me even stronger as an engineer. I wish to be at the forefront of all the advancements of the field and have successful innovations.
