Over the past few years, computers have changed our lives in ways that even the experts would not have foreseen. The more that computers become an integral part of our lives, the greater is the demand for "smarter", more powerful machines. Research in the field of computer science, fuelled by this ever-increasing demand, is now proceeding at a breath-taking pace; new frontiers are being crossed every day. In my opinion, the contributions of this community of researchers would go the furthest in changing the face of the world as we know it. It is this community that I would cherish to be a part of.

The study of Mathematics and Physics, and the subsequent soundness in them gave me not only the impetus but the confidence too for pursuing Information Technology in under graduation. Right away, I realized that the going would not be easy because the gap between the syllabus and the real world applications was widening rapidly. Hence I try my best to keep myself abreast of the technical developments through regular reading of journals. Still, I am aware that under graduation affords a very limited scope for advancement. This is the prime reason for my aspiring to do an MS.

In my bachelors I have involved in completing a real time project at [COMPANY] as part my academic requirement, i.e. ONLINE TEST SYSTEM. The purpose of on-line test simulator is to take online test in an efficient manner and no time wasting for checking the paper. The main objective of on-line test simulator is to efficiently evaluate the candidate thoroughly through a fully automated system that not only saves lot of time but also gives fast results. For students they give papers according to their convenience and time and there is no need of using extra thing like paper, pen etc.

During my final semester we have developed a project as a team which includes three members, i.e. Online Mobile Shopping. The main purpose of our project was to help customer to find different mobiles, their features, and new updates easily. It is designed such a way that one can view all the updates of the mobile from any place through online. The software will help in easy maintaining and updating products in the website for the administrator. Also quick and easy comparison of different products for the customers. This system will reduce the manual operation required to maintain all the records of booking information. And also generates the various reports for analysis. Main concept of the project is to enter transaction reports and to maintain customer records. Hence this software can be used in any mobile showroom to maintain their record easily.

I have tested my knowledge across various platforms like National Talent Test and proved my best. I have participated in a national wide technical test conducted by [ORGANIZATION] and secured A grade during my school days. The field of application of technology is what interests me the most. I want to acquire the learning that will enable me to contribute to the development of a new software, which can improve efficiency and accuracy of work in varied sphere. Digital Processing is already transforming the world of Communications. My ambition is to work at the forefront of the technology with the ability to find innovative solutions to the changing needs.

I am eager to share and receive ideas even while I am experiencing the expertise of faculty and students from different backgrounds, that too in an environment as strikingly conducive to research as the one you offer. I am enthusiastic, inquisitive and, more importantly, very perseverant. I do realize that it is by no means easy to succeed in the highly competitive field of graduate studies. However, I am confident that given my penchant for analytical thought and scientific approach, I can meet challenges with intelligence, courage and flexibility.

With all these aspects firmly embedded in me, I am now ready for the rigor and would hone my knowledge. Hence, I want to pursue MS in Computer Science from [UNIVERSITY] as I decided, during my sophomore year itself, that if I were to pursue higher studies in the USA I would choose a school that not only had top-notch infrastructure, faculty and student body, but also give me enough latitude to practice my creativity and encourage innovation. Most importantly, it should have a curriculum that also allows students to envision the developments in their field of study.

It's my future and I should be able to choose the right Institute to study. This university is right place I am looking for, with an expanding range of courses and disciplines that are geared to provide the education I need. The course content in every faculty is constantly updated to keep it relevant and meaningful. The progressive teaching staff will focus on my academic development and all round personal growth in order to ensure that the time I spend in the college will make a real difference to my life.
