A lot of the decisions I have made to date can be attributed to my family background in business. Coming from a business-focused family, I always had big ideas and dreams of becoming an entrepreneur in the technology sector. I took my first step towards actualizing this dream by taking up my undergraduate program in Business Administration. Each course and experience here has only strengthened my desire to propel me closer to achieving my goal. In tandem with my existing inclination, I have developed a deep proclivity for the realm of finance and blockchain technology. I believe that my undergraduate program has played a pivotal role in directing me towards numerous opportunities to explore my passion and potential in the world of businesses and finance. Apart from the illustrious courses like Financial Management, IT Applications in Business, International Business, Marketing, Business Strategy, etc., I am given the opportunity to explore the course in an international setting during my 6th semester, which will take place in [CITY] and [CITY] in January 2022. I have not limited myself to the curriculum and have taken up a range of additional online courses like Programming Fundamentals, Python Programming, and Solidity to build a repertoire that suits the evolving field.

Beyond the theoretical knowledge, I have always found avenues to apply all my learnings into practical settings as they fortify my application skills and give me more real-time experience. One such experience was through working in a local bakery and helping them with the everyday finances and day-to-day operations, especially during the pandemic period. It helped me understand the fundamentals. In the academic setting, I found yet another venue by doing a term paper on "In-depth Analysis on the Cryptocurrency Trends in 2021". The paper was focused on the content analysis of the cryptocurrency industry, the recent trends, decentralized cryptocurrencies such as bitcoin, and examining the critical difference.

In addition to these activities, my affinity for financial technologies had developed through my own experiences as a Forex Trader. I have been learning and practicing trading since April 2021 and have had a fair amount of success and failures, but all of it was an inspiring experience. With every failed investment, I was driven to analyze and restructure my understanding of trading rules and risk management and eventually was able to achieve some considerable financial success. This was a crucial experience in teaching me the nuances of risk management and the trading business. Taking my learning from these adventures, I decided to further focus on decentralized finance through studying Ethereum and Solidity. I and my team, which consisted of international students from Ireland, the United States, and South Korea, decided to launch our own cryptocurrency on Ethereum Blockchain followed by our first meme cryptocurrency named [CRYPTOCURRENCY_NAME] on Binance Smart Chain. It gained exceptional success by reaching $450k MarketCap within just 2 hours of its launch.
