Statement of Purpose

"One child, one teacher, one book, one pen can change the world."

The genesis of my intense interest in education has now evolved into an aspiration and a pursuit for a career in the field. Enabling children to grasp the foundational knowledge and skills they will use for the rest of their lives is a beautiful gift. Good education is, in my belief, the most critical thing we can impart to the younger generation. On every teacher's day, when students of my school participate to become a teacher for that one day and teach in the classroom, I dreamt of a prospect in the teaching field, and I was inspired to pursue in the teaching field. From schooling itself, I aim to become a teacher. Along with all those academic subjects, I give equal importance to motivating young minds to grow their life skills, including treating others with respect, working in teams, and learning how to be fit and healthy.

After my higher secondary education, I did a Bachelor of Arts in Communicative English from [UNIVERSITY_1]. Through this study, I enhanced my communication skills and advanced knowledge in literature and business communication. Continuing in this field, I did a Master of Arts in Language and Literature from [UNIVERSITY_2]. To get in-depth knowledge and understanding of the education system, I did B.Ed. in English from [UNIVERSITY_1]. After having essential skills and abilities to educate people with the best, I worked in various schools as an educator. Every experience taught me to grow better in my field and accept new challenges as well. Currently, I am working at [SCHOOL_1], [CITY].

Throughout my work experience, I have worked in different roles being a part of an educational organization. I have attended online webinars on child psychology, curriculum delivery, teaching resource management, etc. All these years of my work experience I have utilized my time by keeping myself engaged in growing and developing my teaching skills and knowledge. From being a primary educator to high school coordinator, I have developed my expertise and qualities to boost my knowledge. So far, I have worked in different CBSE schools. Also, as an educator, I was awarded twice by the [ORGANIZATION] for supporting the curriculum delivery in the school. As I am aware of the importance of education, after a few years, I made my master's in English language and literature my career. Now I realize that time has arrived to take the next step to enhance my career and personality.

The motivation behind pursuing masters is that, as a faculty of English language, I have found students or even postgraduates in my country find it arduous to communicate in English. Even though I am a postgraduate in English language and literature, I feel the same at times. For instance, when I was doing my graduation, we had a chance to meet some delegates from the UK as a part of our in-house training. I felt very insecure, or a feeling of inferiority ruined my day and the chance to mingle with them. From that incident, I understood that it's not the language, but the teaching methodology should be changed. From this incident, I had a strong wish to learn more and want to be the change that I wish to see in the future generation of my country.

I firmly believe that MSc. TESOL Education is precisely the sort of qualification required through which improvement of the education standard of communities through education can be achieved. It is also an effective tool to promote awareness about fundamental issues and facilitate research to find different teaching methods. It is to improve the education and well-being of people within the local communities and across the nation and other civilizations. It helps to facilitate people who are not fortunate enough to acquire a fruitful education system and well-being.

I think it's the right time to take the next step to enhance my career objective. To utilize my dedication to foster quality education required for a child's development and to build a long-term profession as a teacher that will offer endless opportunities for career growth and keep up with cutting-edge educational technologies. And after completing my next level of education in the coming future, I may start my institute for the intermediates and the experts to polish their language skills. I find myself as an entrepreneur in the language developmental areas.

I became aware that the university's education program and the university's degree fit exactly what I need and the goals in my professional career, which I want to achieve. I regard this degree as a tool that will help me make the best changes in society and the economy. Attending the degree is a significant step in preparing for a bright, successful future in teaching.

As a reflective and enthusiastic practitioner, I am dedicated to enabling young minds to develop and achieve. This course study will give me valuable experience to build my style and confidence in teaching. I would embrace the chance to explain my application in person.
