There is no formula to the success of a business, still, due to new analytics formulas, there are specific ways by which we can help predicting actions that will increase or improve the vitality of a company. With this belief, I developed the interest to pursue my education further into business analytics. My inclination towards it increases when I got practical experience of working in different scenarios. This program will surely help me in acquiring new skills and thrive to my knowledge. It will be great for my future career also. I selected this program to explore future employment opportunities in the new field and will prepare myself for real-world projects that require expertise in a specific area of study. The main focus for me to study master's is to gain knowledge and experience in business administration and business analytics. It helps me to grow in a designed sector and personally to take related decisions which help me to grow. There is Power BI/Tableau which helps me to analyses the business module and can illustrate with the proper visualization with the data.

After doing graduating from a different stream, Yes, I just want to grow more in business-related fields and that is the reason I would like to pursue business analysis to know more about business administration and analytical across the globe. With the overall hands-on experience of 5 years in the industry has allowed me to immerse myself in the industry while developing my understanding of basics and processes. After receiving a master's degree, I would like to get more options to study in graduate school, including an additional master's degree, doctorate programs (Ph.D., Ed.D., and others) and certificate programs.

Working with [COMPANY_NAME], as a Power BI Developer, for the past 1 year and overall 2+ years of experience as Power BI Developer has been an absolutely amazing and enriching experience to me. Taking on the challenges given to me from day one till now and working for their successful completion has increased my knowledge in many folds. My seniors have been appreciative of my capabilities in handling the tasks and have been increasing my responsibilities. Working as a software engineer mainly in the Data Analytics field has helped me gain expertise in this field as my primary assignments were to handle the information in a systematic and secure way. This experience not only highlighted the importance of analytics but also made me aware of the various challenges involved in dealing with the critical data of an organization along with increasing my problem-solving capabilities which helped my team achieve results within the stipulated time. My ability to reach and defend independent conclusions has also helped increase my intellectual maturity. I took up the responsibility and ownership of a task which our offshore development teams were struggling with.

Although everything was going well, I soon started realizing that there is a lot more that I have to learn – both technically and personally which lead me to take up a decision in continuing my studies and enhance my skillset through Masters in Business Analytics in an advanced technological environment which is none other than the United States. I was brought up in a family that supports and encourages my ideology and preparations towards career goals, my credential records since childhood lead them to be confident enough with my decision. MSBA program provides the kind of exposure needed to broaden my thinking and to improve my domain of expertise. Pursuing my education at your university would give me an opportunity to share classroom space with people from every culture, nationality, religion and ideology. Exposure to these kinds of diverse influences would aid in the overall development of my personality. I also believe that I have better chances of upgrading and scaling up my knowledge in your University through this program.

I feel that obtaining a degree in business analysis will assist me in gaining access to professional resources, worldwide connections, exposure in a different country, and outstanding resources available at your university. An organization cannot run just based on technology; it also requires an in-depth understanding of task personalization, which can only be obtained through proper data management. I'm excited to learn more and tap into my more profound intuition with this course. I'm eager to learn new systems and dealing with the new-age technology that will help me builds a new future. This program will help me have a better understanding of computers and how to handle them. I was inspired by my father, who is a businessman and told me to deal with every situation with calm and patiently, even if I face the worst situations in life.

Upon completion of my bachelor's in electronic and electrical engineering from [UNIVERSITY_NAME], helped me to grow in near future and become creative and a critical thinker in the field of arts. I have proficiency in Microsoft technologies such as MS SQL Server 2008R2, 2012 and Business Intelligence tools Power BI Desktop. I was actively involved in the development, testing, and maintenance of data warehousing projects using ETL and ELT tools like Talend. And also have experience working with data warehousing concepts like OLAP, OLTP, star schema, snowflake schema, fact table, dimension table, logical data modeling, physical modeling, dimension data modeling. I worked on few projects based on different international locations, where I learned to create reports based on tables, charts using Power BI. I took up the responsibility and ownership of a task which our offshore development teams were struggling with. I am able to find an effective approach to the issues which impact our deadlines.
