I have also worked as a freelance social media manager for friends and family, where I heavily marketed their small business on Facebook and Instagram, increasing their reach to attract many more customers than usual and transforming the brand recall from an ordinary product to a luxury boutique product. Lastly, I informed the regular customers about different offers, exhibitions and social events, enhancing our customer loyalty and earning us word-of-mouth publicity. These strategies increased sales marginally.
My father runs our family business that deals in the trading of edible oils. His journey about how he fought through all negative events to shield oneself and one's business includes understanding risks, being wise and making fast decisions.
