During my period in different companies, I have garnered the experience of developing and utilizing the various personality traits in each person to reach a collective goal. I really believe that a successful leader and manager is he/she who can effectively and efficiently utilize the company's resources to bring maximum productivity. I have learned some of these management lessons through my professional journey. However, the bigger learning has been the need for full-time management qualification to prepare myself for assuming bigger responsibility—that of an entrepreneur and having an infrastructure business management consulting firm. Therefore, I have selected the MBA program at your prestigious university.

I hail from Rajasthan, India, and my family has been supportive of my endeavours. I pursued my Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from [UNIVERSITY]. The course benefited me immensely and provided a conceptual understanding of the subject. Now, I have decided to do my post-graduate degree that is related to the business and management sector because I believe that along with my current qualification and experience, this MBA course will help me to achieve my career goal. My desired career goal is to become a successful manager in a renowned company, and a Master in Business Administration course will help me to enter the currently growing competitive job market in India. This program also includes internship skills; it will give me a better chance to learn professional work experience. Currently, I have been working as an O&M engineer at [COMPANY]. I ensured all systems, applications, and infrastructure availability and provided technical support for our users' hardware and software issues. I also had to configure and maintain Avaya EPABX system on dial 100, monitor Avaya manager and system status, install a CCTV surveillance system, maintain network management services, and handle IVR & responsible for storage management like Netapp Quantum. I was required to manage the IT group's day-to-day operation, including downtime, reporting services levels, defining, and providing management status. I worked as a Java Trainer at [COMPANY] and Network Engineer at [COMPANY].

Over the past years, I developed an interest in a wide range of applicable IT skills, project management with SLA, creating IT infrastructure, including problem-solving, organizational skills, networking skills, excellent communication skills, delegating and allocating tasks, and team working. I have years of experience in IT infrastructure & project management, from initial idea to completion, in the private sector with international IT credentials like PRINCE2, CCNP, and ITIL. This background has led me to appreciate the intricacies involved in this field.

Pursuing a master's degree in MBA will provide specialized knowledge and an intense understanding of the field. It will make me adept in the fundamentals of latest strategic alignment, leadership, clear focus & objectives, and realistic business planning. The course accompanied by the internship will help me gain empirical functional insight into the topic. In addition to this, Master in Business Administration involves Operations Management and Service Excellence, Financial Decision Making, Leading Business Organizations, Knowledge Management and Information Systems, and Business Research Plan modules. This program is addressing the current business management issues in the concept of business strategy. Studying in MBA will be a great opportunity for my learning business tools which I can apply in my practical job market and gain all-around expertise in the business management area.
