STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

The most appalling sound for the human ear in this world is that of an early morning alarm trying desperately to awaken us from the depths of the underworld dreamland. Yet, we all swore to sleep by its side every single night so that our midnight dreams don't turn into early morning nightmares.

I swore on my alarm that I would never leave it no matter what, and every single day I wake up to the sweet song sung by my love (my alarm) – "Over the top." Like a warrior on a battlefield, ready to conquer the enemy, I dress up and leave for college full of energy, enthusiasm, and hope to have a new day which converts into memorable events in my college life.

Before joining the field of computer science and engineering, I had never been fond of computers. A day in my life changed everything. That day is my 12th birthday. I have received a birthday present from my father, i.e., a desktop computer. I didn't sleep that night, and I was like waves on the beach exploring everything in the system and surfing the web for game material. While playing games, I had a particular thought rolling in my head over and over to build my own game. At that time, I got an addiction to the computer world. And thought of joining as a computer science student. As a result of that feeling and struggle, I was finally placed into a top-notch college in my state as a computer science student at [UNIVERSITY NAME]. The happiness I felt when I heard the news that I got admitted to the college can't be described in words. In simple terms, I was overwhelmed with joy.

During the course that I chose in my undergraduate, I initially encountered difficulty in understanding the core concepts. I kept spending more time and practicing to overcome the problem of understanding I faced at the core. The first programming language I learned in my first year was the C language. That language's basics gave me hope to build up the required program structure during the coding competition. I have practiced the coding part in the early stage of the first year in the hacker-rank platform. After finishing the first year, I experienced the real-life scenario in the computer world.

In the second year, I have waited for the hackathon conducted by the [ORGANIZATION NAME]. It is a national-level competition. I was eagerly waiting to join the event. Finally, the day has come, and I've enrolled in the hackathon and participated. I had tried my level best to win the competition. Unfortunately, I didn't place top in the hackathon, but I didn't lose my hopes. I learned a lot during the hackathon. The main thing I learned is teamwork. Without teamwork, I could never finish my project successfully during the event.

I entered into various fests, which the college sponsors, to explore my skills. The main event which is held by the college is "[EVENT NAME]." I have elected the role as head of registrations; the role is to make sure students participate fully in every event held in the fest. This particular role made me learn 'Time management, Persuasion Skills, and Leadership Skills.'

In the second year, I learned Object-Oriented Programming through Java. The language gave me a foundation to involve various projects. One of the significant projects done with the help of Java is "Credit card fraud prediction using Java." The project is conducted by [COMPANY NAME], which is collaborated with [COMPANY NAME]. The project gave me the scope of 'how the outside world works by using Real Data.'

In the same way, I have done my minor project under the supervision of my professor. The project is based on the Internet of Things. And the title of the project is "Alert System For Parents From Fast-Moving Student Vehicles Using Wireless Sensor Networks." The project is basically about the speed limit. If a student crosses the speed over the boundary, a message will be notified to their parents that your child is riding a vehicle fast.

I have done various certifications in three years. Some of the certifications are 'Basics of Cloud Computing' by [COMPANY NAME], 'Effective Communication in the Workplace' 'Fundamentals of Communication' which are designed by [COMPANY NAME], 'Foundations of Artificial Intelligence' it is a validated course that is aligned to [ORGANIZATION NAME] Foundation AI curriculum, and I had a course completion certificate in 'Artificial Intelligence with Machine Learning in Java.' At the spur of the moment, I realized that more significant technical expertise and experience are necessary for strategic handling, voicing our opinions, and influencing bigger decisions, which has always been my dream from childhood.

In this pursuit of technical expertise, I had fallen in love with the Computer Science course and realized that if only I could make it my life partner, it would fuel my dreams and ambitions and turn me into the individual I always dreamt of being.
