The quote, as mentioned earlier, is one of the primary reasons for me to indulge myself in the management hierarchy. I have always found it gratifying to help, guide, and encourage others around me because I know I am making a difference in someone's life. Another reason I am drawn to this area is the elegant and practical use of communication. It has always been pleasing to see how a few words of motivation wrapped up with good intentions, and the right approach can change one's action and perception. Ever since I started to understand myself, I have always seen myself as a strong, confident, influential, and solicitous person, and I believe that I can channel all these qualities in me for the greater good of people and businesses around me.

Immediately after my schooling, I knew that I wanted to be a distinguished person working in the management department. Nevertheless, to thoroughly understand the process, I needed to have a good amount of knowledge and practical experience. I recognized that this would help me acknowledge the work better, because of which I opted for BTech in Mechanical Engineering. During my undergraduate, I gave my complete focus and dedication to the course and had a significant result. Being from the mechanical department, I always had an interest in the programming and electronics sector. For the same reason, I took up courses on programming languages like C, C++, Java, Python, and the Internet of Things. These courses have helped me in working in the automation sector, which I have been closely studying. I believe automation is not just limited to the technical region, but in every region, which calls for decreasing the human workload, time and efforts.

When it comes to projects, I have had a good amount of experience and have worked for six significant ones. In all these, there has been the utilization of core mechanical theories, programming, and electronics. Some of my most important projects were Automating a Wheelchair, Optimum Calculator for Heat and Mass Balance Diagrams, and Designing an Application Program Interface for Design of Spring. I also bagged three meaningful internships, where I completed the assigned projects. Further adding on, I was a core member in the cultural team of my college for four years and worked for theatre plays. I have contributed as the head of shadow art, head of costumes, actor, and backstage team in the team. Through all these, I have earned leadership and teamwork qualities, as I had been heading two departments simultaneously. At the same time, I also assisted the department in arranging workshops and guest lectures and acted as an anchor for the same. From a broader perspective, I look up to merging my technical knowledge in the same and developing automation in the field. This would ensure lesser workload, better organization and will save us time and effort. With all these goals, I hope to bring a practical impact to the organization I work.
